I wasn't quite sure how ready I was to address my less than healthy eating patterns. Sue met my right there and supported me in connecting with what I wanted at a deeper level. It felt very natural and easeful, and instead of yet another unrealistic plan, I came out with ideas that I started putting into practice right after the session. I'm still in awe of the incredible work Sue did with me using the Havening Technique! After a traumatic horse riding accident, I was plagued by flashbacks and anxiety and was really struggling. But with her gentle guidance and expertise, I was able to process and overcome the trauma. The ripple effect was amazing - not only did my flashbacks and anxiety improve, I also found myself tackling other fears and phobias I'd developed along the way. Such as my newly acquired fear of flying! I'm now back riding and flew without fear. I couldn't recommend Sue more highly. I had a session with Sue at a time when I didn’t realise quite how much I was still carrying.

Thanks so much Sue. I slept really well last night, and did the homework before bed and first thing when I woke up. I'm already also noticing that the usual heaviness and general lack of motivation (housework, doomscrolling) is less this morning.
